First Look of Moon :

Here is the latest image of Moon captured by ‘Vikram Lander’ of Chandrayaan-2. The photo was taken at a height of about 2650 km from Lunar surface on August 21, 2019. Mare Orientale basin and Apollo craters are identified in the picture.

As we all know that mission Chandrayaan- 2 was launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh at 02:43 pm on 22-July-2019, Monday.

As per the plan the lander Vikram will finally land on the South Pole of the Moon on September 6, 2019. Meanwhile we have update on the chandrayaan-2 from ISRO that it will reach on 7th September 2019 and it’s on track. So far the journey of Chandrayaan-2 ia amazing and it’s great.
